RETURN POLICIES will warranty any detective items within the first 30 days of purchase. The defective items will either be exchange or replacement or for instore credit ONLY. All detective returns MUST FILL AN RMA! Without a RMA cannot issue any credits or exchange.

Prices and service fees are subject to change without notice.

In order to take advantage of our RMA (return merchandise authorization) program please review the following guidelines prior to proceeding with your return.

1. All returns and/ or exchange must be in its original conditions.

2. All return item(s) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. The product(s) must be for credit and/or replacement. For chargers return is only accepted only if 20% or more of the charger order is defective

4. The product(s) must have been purchased from no more than 30 days after the date on the original invoice.

5. The product(s) must not have come in contact with any liquid and/or must not show any signs of physical damage if you are returning it for repair/replacement.

6. The product(s) must be returned AS SOLD.

7. The product(s) must be shipped back to MyWirelessSupply with the RMA form and RMA number as it will be provided to you upon acceptance of your claim.
